Learn more about the adventure of parenting in this 8-week course. This course focus goes in-depth about familiar conflicts and teaches you parenting skills. Participants receive a certificate upon completion.

A weekly course to help encourage and motivate clients who have recently been released from incarceration.

Anger Management Class

We use SAMHSA's Anger Management for Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Clients. It is a 12-week class. In this group, you will learn how to understand and control your anger by learning more about yourself and your anger in general. Participants are given a certificate upon completion.
