    2025 Breaking The Cycle

    This report, produced in partnership with a third-party evaluator and the Urban Institute, evaluates Diversion Hub’s voluntary model, showing how it reduces justice system involvement by addressing root causes. High levels of engagement and positive outcomes across all demographics highlight Diversion Hub’s cultural competence.

    This evaluation examines Year 2 outcomes of the federal COSSUP grant project, demonstrating how co-located behavioral health services and holistic case management reduce recidivism and create meaningful turning points for justice-involved individuals.

    This evaluation examines the first year of a federal Second Chance Act grant program to expand workforce support for justice-involved individuals, demonstrating how a structured employment continuum, employer partnerships, and training support impact employment outcomes.

    This evaluation examines the first year of the reentry support program, demonstrating how coordinated pre-release planning, integrated civil legal assistance, and workforce support change reentry outcomes for individuals reentering the community.

    2024 Misdemeanor Diversion Program Evaluation

    This evaluation of the first year of the federal COSSUP grant project analyzes data on Misdemeanor Diversion Program outcomes from January 2023 and September 2024. In partnership with OK County Criminal Justice Advisory Council, Diversion Hub is expanding the accessibility of supportive services and reducing recidivism.

    2024 Oklahoma County SIM Mapping Report

    The Sequential Intercept Model is a tool used to help communities assess how individuals move through the system. This SIM map, produced in collaboration with dozens of community partners and facilitated by SAMHSA’s GAINS Center, outlines intercepts across the criminal justice and behavioral health systems in OK County.
